Ultimate Goal: To maximize dividend cash flow so the income from my portfolio covers my living expenses.

Portfolio Goals

• Create a solid and diversified collection of high quality dividend paying stocks.
• Focus on companies that have a good history of paying regular dividends to shareholders, preferably on a monthly basis.
• Focus on stocks with higher yields, ideally between 4 and 10 percent.
• Do not sell unless underlying reasons for the initial investment change.
• Reinvest earnings as often as possible, while keeping fees to a minimum.
• Keep fees to a minimum.
